Put in 2 quarters for a kiddie 50 cent ride at the front of the store. The machine was not working so I asked the cashier for a refund. She double checks the security footage to make sure that I had actually put in money and then checks herself and finds out that he machine is indeed not working. When I asked for my money back the answer I got was "I earn so little already on this, how can I give you a refund?" What does her profit have anything to do with the fact that I paid for a ride that I had never received? Granted, this is a 99 cents store and it was only 50 cents, but this is poor business practice. Extremely dishonest store owner, would never come here again to give her business.
