Simply awful! It's impossible to see a doctor! I had my childrens' appointment reschedule 3 times and that's already after waiting for this appointment for weeks. Additionally, twice my appointment was confirmed, we came in and are told that we don't have an appointment and were turned away. The manager was suppose to follow up with me regarding this issue, never even bothered to call.

The worst pediatrics in Brooklyn, my advice is please take care of your kids and bring them somewhere else, anyone could be better than them. My toddler got a pneumonia because of their careless and unprofessional staff !!!!!

Responsive and supportive. Dr. Mahale and the rest of the staff have been great to us and our daughter.

I love this practice. Dr. Kacin is our primary doctor. He is great with the kids, always explains everything to me until i fully understand it and goes above and beyond to make sure my kids are healthy and getting great care. I have actually moved to NJ for some time and when my kids were sick i still came to this office.

Stay away, negligent doctors. My children were treated here for 5 years. They had multiple visits every year . After we moved it turns out they didn't have multiple required vaccinations. How they get away with this I will never know. Our new doctor is shocked that they did not give our children the vaccines they should have gotten.
