BEWARE!! If you don't mind waiting 6 months for a 3 week job, call them. I gave them one star because they actually did communicate back to me when I had issues, but it was never in a timely manner and full of excuses. The process to place a 3x5 photo on my sister's headstone took 6 MONTHS!! We wouldn't have minded so much if it was done right, but it wasn't. The countersink area wasn't the same size, therefore leaving a gap, and the quality of the picture he had made was terrible. He kept saying he will fix it all until everyone was happy, but that would have meant another 6 months, so my Dad looked for someone else. That company did it right though and it only took 2 weeks. That's with ordering a new picture, taking off what DePaola did and placing the new one on the stone. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I'm shocked that they're still in business.

Horrible service! My parents monument was supposed to be installed in the beginning of October. The year is almost over and Tom keeps blaming the manufacturer for the monument not being ready yet! He always promises to call me back once he hears from the manufacturer and he never calls. Shameful!
