Visited for the first time and saw Samantha for my appointment. Did the bigchop last summer (7/14) and haven't had my hair touch heat or a decent trim since. Samantha took good care of my hair, wash, deep conditioner, detangled, flat iron, and trim (cut).

I washed my hair a week later, and my coils looks better than before without the knots at the end. :-)

Also, I enjoyed that she worked only on my hair not on two other people. As some places would have it. She was finishing a client's hair at the time of my appointment time, which was okay. I saw her 25mins after, but she didn't rush or comb my hair harshly. She took her time, which I greatly appreciate!

Great place love the Owner Glen sit in his chair just know your are going to be extremely happy when you walk out ☺☺

BEWARE!!! visited this salon on 4/17/15.

Kat is a horrible stylist. She cut my hair so uneven (she butchered my hair) and when I confronted her she was just defensive. The owner Glen Ettienne only sided with the stylist and nothing was done; so please beware. This establishment is very unprofessional and uncaring of clients needs and concerns. Would spend my money elsewhere.

I love Judean, but they are all amazing.

I went the salon on 6/11/10 it was my first time and i will never go back again. My stylist was Carol and she was more interested in doing as many head as possible instead of the quality of her workmanship. She twisted my locs so tightly that i had friction bumps all along my headline and i spend my vacation with a headache and itching scalp. The money i spend was not worth the pain and aggravation.Please don't waste your money...go somewhere else.
