Most people think that labor is free when it really isn't which is why the 1 star review is there. If you have anything done to the car it takes time or labor to do the work and you will be charged for it. But they find out any problem that the car has and fix it up for you if you're willing to pay them. Besides that these people are honest people and they did an excellent job patching up my car.

I dont believe any of what those other people are saying. I have been taking my car to frank for more than 5 years and i have never had a bad experience with frank or his work. he is very honest, very helpful, and very clear with his prices. I mean there is a big sign in the office stating the prices. Frank is not the type of person that would rip people off. He tries to save you money not like other shops.there is no reason to call frank all these inappropriate words. frank is very straight forward he does not try to hide things or avoid issues. if there is an issue he would be more than happy to solve in person formaly.i HIGHLY recommend DeFinis Service Station. for their great work and great costumer service.
