$160 for three minutes work. That about sums up the experience with Dave Bautista at De Caribe taxes in the Bronx, NY. I met with Dave to complete my 2012 taxes recently. The office is run like a developing country mill factory. Dave sits in his office and imperiously rattles off "next!" as he circulates his clients in and out of the office with lightning speed. He asked me no questions about my finances, work history or yearly expenses. After 3 minutes, (I timed it), he hastily wrote my tax return down on a sticky pad paper and shook my hand. "Next!" he shouted before I was even out of the office. No smile, no personal attention, no thanks for bringing my business to him. Nothing.

My "folder" was then handed to one of his underlings, who directed me to sign all the documents before telling me that they charge a $5 fee for the use of ANY debit or credit card. I left the office thoroughly disappointed to the ringing of Dave's voice bellowing "Next!".
