DCH Millburn Audi

I was recently researching cars for a couple of weeks, Audi Q5's in particular, to purchase and came across a 2013 model at this location on Saturday morning. I was really excited to go look at the car and so my husband called the dealer to let them know we were coming by to look at it. He was attended by Jake and he confirmed ok to pass by. A few minutes later, Jake called my husband and let him know the service manager had taken the car for the weekend and so we would be unable to see the car. This was odd and so I called, spoke with Jake again and asked him if there was any way of us seeing the car, perhaps the service manager could pass by the dealer. He advised that would not be possible as he was an hour away and kind of laughed the whole call off. Felt this was extremely unprofessional on his part and I also question why a dealer would let a car that is being advertised for sale to be out of the dealer on a weekend where most clients would be more available to view and purchase a new car. At the end of the day, I did purchase a car that same day at another dealer. DCH Millburn Audi lost a sale that day as well as a client in general.

I just picked up my new Audi from DCH Millburn Audi. The salesperson Joe Sasso was extremely professional. He explained all the options, features and choices available on the model I was interested in. Once I settled on the car, Joe made the leasing process easy and affordable for my budget. I highly recommend DCH Audi. Make sure you talk with Joe. What a great experience compared to the typical highway dealers!!

I am sharing my experience with Team DCH millburn Audi. This is a motivated team to get you mobile with your choice of wheels. Kudos to Steve Duthie who helped me thorough and through with the buy. He was patient, very calm, informative and co-operative. He understood my requirements very clearly. Steve comes with great experience and so he knows!
And while Joe Sasso was sitting across giving a warm smile and a thumbs up with the buy, not sure what to make of that message j/k!
Shonta was very helpful and got me to the basics of finance with clarity, though i'd like to have seen better finance rates.
They have many options to give you here. I bought a used Rav4 and very happy with the buy and the overall buying experience.
Bottomline, I would definitely come here for my next buy.

I had the most wonderful experience with DCH Millburn Audi! I met with Joe Sasso early in the morning to discuss a lease. I had a BMW and I wanted to switch out of it. Joe was amazingly efficient in how he handled the matter. He told me to return in a few hours when paperwork was ready. He even picked me up at my former dealership where I turned in my BMW!! When we returned to DCH, Joe had everything ready and the finance manager (Robert) thoroughly explained everything to me. Joe showed me how to use the features in the case, dealt with my insurance company to get proof of insurance, and answered all my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I was extremely pleased with Joe and the other staff members at this friendly dealership! I highly recommend JOE SASSO and DCH Mlllburn Audi!

UPDATE (10/8/2015): I just renewed my second lease with Joe Sasso for a new Audi and the experience was the smoothest ever! Joe took care of almost everything before our appointment. He was very involved in making sure I got the exact car I wanted. He made sure insurance was ready to go. He made sure the car accessories were all ready. Joe is a pleasure to work with and is simply the best. I highly recommend him and should you go to this dealership, INSIST ON WORKING WITH JOE SASSO!
