Can anyone explain to me why it is hard to reach anyone on the phone to address your concerns or questions? No matter what time of day you call certain agencies or businesses that give you a number to call them, yet, no one ever answers. If they do, in most instances, not all you encounter someone who does not have good interpersonal skills and are very condescending and dismissive to what it is you have to say. Etiquette is lacking on the phone and personnel seem to forget they are talking to a person on the other end of the line.
