Donald is the reason why my apartment is habitable. I sincerely don't know what I would've done with his expertise, care, and work. As soon as he stepped into the apartment, he noticed roach droppings and could even smell them in the air. (SO GROSS but SO IMPORTANT to know).

After spraying the apartment and filling in some holes the super missed, he greatly reduced the issue. It soon became evident that the building has a massive roach infestation issue and a few weeks later I did see a couple stray roaches still alive. Donald promptly came back gave another spray and VOILA roach free!

While this is a problem, I'll have to continue to keep up on combat, I'm so glad I have Donald as a resource to control the scourge of pests.

We called Donald to help us with a bed bug issue.

Donald was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, accommodating, patient, thorough. He took his time to explain everything, offers and explained the pluses and minuses of various options, and I ask a lot of questions. He even made several trips to drop off materials that we needed to prep for the treatment.

Ended up using hm because after talking to several larger firms, I was sick of the panic mongering and disinformation that I was getting, not to mention the impossible prerequisites to avoid voiding their warranties.

This Company was absolutely great. Donald was the person that helped us. He was extremely patient and answered all of my many questions. We had an insect infestation that affected us for several month. (We originally started out with another bedbug Company that was a waste of a lot time,money and effort.) Don stressed the importance of PREPARATION. Donald was thorough! He made us take down our curtains.We found bedbugs in them. (The other company never asked us to remove our curtains. WE WERE SURPRISED!!)
I was terribly stressed.
He calmed me down and spoke confidently about how he would stop my bedbug problem.....he did stop the problem. He helped my neighbor also.

Donald is the most professional and effective exterminator you can call. After having a crisis of my own, I googled a local pest control professional and got Donald on the first ring. I have used DC CleanEX Pest Control twice now and will continue to use their service. The first time I used it back in May, I was having an out of control cockroach problem. Donald, the executive officer of the company came and did a phenomenal job to take care of the problem. My previous experiences with exterminators is they come in, spray and leave. Not Donald. He spent over an hour in my apartment to take care of the problem. He examined all the areas the roaches were coming from and pointed them out to me so I could have my super fill in some holes. He used the powerful treatment method. After a few days, the roaches were GONE. I went from having a bad infestation and seeing maybe 5 roaches in my kitchen a day to ...ZERO. It is now August and I still haven't had any. I used him again in August because it is reccomended to use the treatment every three months and I wont be taking any chances. Donald is very friendly and reliable and I would highly reccomend this service.
