Days Inn Jamaica - JFK Airport

Clean and quiet and decent size room for the city, but nothing fancy. The free shuttle was great to take to the airport. The bed was comfortable but all we had was a sheet and the worlds thinnest blanket on the bed. I was freezing and there was no other blankets in the room. I ended up sleeping with my coat on because we were only there for a few hours to sleep. I would stay there again but request extra blankets.

Nice place to stay if you're not very picky about location. The rooms were a bit cramped, but doable. I didn't appreciate the fact that they charged me for a night I didn't stay there. However, the staff was nice and the shuttle service made it convenient for me to get around.

Stayed overnight for a layover and was impressed with the service overall. They offer a free airport shuttle, and free breakfast which was surprisingly good food. The room was nice, though a little cramped. My only issue was that it was overpriced, you're paying purely for the convenient location here.

Clean rooms good service, ran out of breakfast food within an hour of it opening up.

Unfortunately had to cancel my stay and confirmation email told me I had until 4pm the day prior to cancel. Called and attenpted to cancel but was told I needed to do it by noon, despite the conflicting information I was given. Asked the front desk receptionist if there was anyone else I could speak to about resolving the issue, but he refused to transfer me, saying "No matter who you talk to, they'll tell you the same thing. There is nothing I can do". Now I guess I'm just out 165 because they can't keep their times straight.. very unprofessional on their part and will encourage friends and family not to stay here.
