Overpriced and poor customer service. Its a shame that they are so pricey and unprofessional with their customers because they do have a really great tailor on staff and I am always pleased with their work except most recently. I dropped off my wedding dresses (with a deposit) to be cleaned and I must have had them there for about 4 months when I remembered and went back to retrieve them . A young lady and her friend chit chatted while I stood there for about 5 mins before attempting to look for my dresses. When she returned she shrugged her shoulders and said they were probably donated to charity. I do know there is a 6 month rule about donations but at that point it was not even close. I have called every week and have not been able to reach anyone about this matter . I now live in a different state but wanted to make arrangements to have them picked up. Unfortunately, it seems my dresses are gone and so is my deposit. Brides Beware !
