I just read this while verifying their office address in NY, my experience was different I was treated well, I booked a return ticket from Karachi to San Fran went okay. I would nt have done the ticketing if I would have read your comment earlier but thank fully my experience was okay with them.
Agents do such things I mean this happens everywhere.... However you should call their office and report this.
