My saleswoman, Hien T, was so helpful and pleasant from the start. She was very patient with me as I tried to decide between two pendants, she placed them on me numerous times.
I wanted to switch out the 17" chain for an 18-20" adjustable chain extender (jumper), and she was able to order that with no problem.
I recommend coming here due to the flexibility and helpfulness of the staff.
I had bounced around a number of DY counters in retail stores, and it was "what you see is what you get". I was unable get the chain extender at any retail store we had visited.
At DY Prince St., I selected the beautiful blue topaz cable wrap pendant, with the chain extender.
The DY Prince St store and display cases are a visual treat. Definitely recommend a visit here!

I visited this store twice in the past 3 months and had the absolute pleasure shopping and viewing the beautiful jewelry with Mitchell. He was very welcoming, courteous and knew exactly when I needed some space. Most of all he was very knowledgeable about every piece of jewelry and had an amazing sense of style so he was the absolute perfect person to help you with your purchase. I love to shop and rarely I meet someone who really loves his job who makes the shopping a great experience. The store itself is beautifully decorated and well organized. Smaller and cozier than the one 5th or Madison Avenues. Definitely recommending a visit.
