David's Bridal

I went at DB, for my bdridal dress shoping, it was really fun. I want to thank Eden for helping me find the perfect one. She was really nice with me and my childhood friends. the only think I don't like, im getting married this July and I went to the store January 14th and today is January 29th they send me a mail to tell me that my dress is ready to pick up!!!! what am I supposed to do with it now!!!!!!!!! I wanna cry its way too early. But I think DB, is the best store to go bridal shopping...
another good thing about it, I chose a off white gown but when my mom heard about the color she freaked out and told me I have to call and change it in white, they were so nice when I told them I want to change it in white.

I mean I love Davids Bridal and the associates, but JEEZ these managers are beyond RUDE!!! Several times I've have had to deal with their terrible attitudes and its really upsetting how disgustingly they treat their loyal customer. The man is super nice but the women on the other hand are something else. I have been a customer for over 10 years and refer several people to the store, but after so many times dealing with cruel managers I will not put up with it anymore. Davids Bridal lost me as a customer.

I set an appointment for this location at 12 p.m on a Sunday and thankfully it wasn't a madhouse. It looked so bright and inspiring when I walked in, way different from visiting RK Bridal in Manhattan the day before. I also happened to come in on a vendor day, which was awesome because I also got a little bridal package with a bunch of info and chatted with a few vendors such as florists, DJs, etc.

I loved that I didn't have to pick out any of my dresses. My consultant Bonnie was very helpful and sweet, I enjoyed working with her. I didn't expect to get my dress here, but I did! I went with a dress from the Oleg Cassini line and the dress was on sale. I paid less than $1000 for it! I knew it would be the one even before I tried it on. People warned me that David's has "cheapy" dresses, but you just have to know what you're looking for. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my dress and it does not look cheap at all. I would definitely suggest coming here for dresses, and the bridesmaid dress options are nice as well. Mother of the bride is a little limited and "old-timey" - but all in all, I really enjoyed my experience here! :-)

The only good thing about David's Bridal is that I got a beautiful dress, which I really love and the day I went there to pick it, the staff was very nice and attentive. Howevever, when my dress arrrived to the store, no one called me for a pick up. Finally, I got a call three weeks after my dress had already been sitting in the store. I was told that if I don't pick it up within 24 hours it will be shipped back and I will lose both the dress and the $ I paid for it. I had to rearrange my plans to immediately go pick it up. What's even worse is that David's Bridal sells your contact information to various vendors; photographers, florists, dj's, people who want to come to your house and organize manicure/pedicure session, but you must buy their products, men's warehouse, etc. I was constantly getting harrassed by these vendors on my cell phone and via my work email which I provided for emergency contact. It is simply ridiculous. I must have received at least 75+ calls from people pitching me various wedding services and products. This is simply unacceptable.

Large selection of bridal dresses and bride's maids dresses. Sometimes there are sales. During the sale times, you could score a great dress and a wonderfully inexpensive price. Dresses can be ordered in any size. Some dresses are not that well made but check before you go elsewhere.
