I had exactly the same experience as "A Google User," above. Had a septoplasty/turbinectomy, which did nothing to solve my problem. And, like Google User, I was told there would be no expenses for the surgery and I'm now dealing with a $1,400 bill. Avoid.

Kudos to Dr. Volpi and staff for providing me with quality health care, treating me with respect and dignity and for helping me to breathe a lot better. There is no doubt in my mind, that Dr. Volpi's medical practice is patient-centered care and inclusive of all people. After seeing many other ENT'S for my breathing problems, I can honestly say, Dr. Volpi's approach to treating what is bothering you, will give you the peace of mind you have been looking for. Dr. Volpi's is a super medical doctor and one of the humblest human beings I know. All the best!

DR. Volpi was there for me when no one else was. I have lived in NYC for ten years and have constantly been plagued by poor sleep. When I visited the office the friendly staff took care of me and addressed my issues.
After meeting with the doctor I got several remedies that I could go for and lo and behold they worked!
I can now sleep comfortably and more soundly than ever before!

Towards the end of April, and the beginning of May, my work schedule was crazy and as a result my sleep schedule had become a nightmare. I was going to sleep as the sun came up and then waking up after four PM. It didn't feel like restful sleep and my girlfriend told me that I'd begun snoring on and off throughout the night.
I finally went and saw Dr. Volpi and, I gotta say, that guy's a miracle worker. Not only do I not snore anymore, but I've been sleeping better my mind just feels clearer. I hadn't even noticed that.

Competent and friendly, yes, but this place is a ultimately a ripoff. I had a surgery done that was recommended to me...a turbinoplasty/septoplasty...and it didn't even cure my snoring! Worse, Dr. Volpi said I wouldn't have to pay for anything and now I have a bill for over $1200 from Lenox Hospital!
