David Groshen Salon

Purchased a groupon for haircut, shampoo, blow out. My experience at the salon was amazing. Michelle is the sweetest and listened to exactly what I wanted. Finally a stylist that gets it! She was very efficient and courteous. I strongly recommend her to anyone who wants a great haircut! Definitely will come back!

David has put in his 10,000 hours and it shows: Not only does he do excellent cuts, but hands down the best colorist in the city. And such a sweet temper.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. My hair is quite thick and curly and I have a very hard time styling it. It’s been difficult for me to find a hairstyle that’s both flattering and manageable, but after my visit to the David Groshen Salon, I finally have. I met with David, explained my concerns and he laid out my options based on my face shape and coloring. He suggested a straightening product, but I was hesitant because I thought they all contained harsh chemicals, like formaldehyde. Not so! We determined which treatment was right for me and after a few hours in the salon, I left with soft, easy-to-style hair and a great haircut that has generated many, many complements. Everyone was very nice and the salon offers iPads so I was able to browse through a great collection of magazines while I sat through the straightening procedure. The shop is a flight of stairs and, at first, I thought I might have come to the wrong place, but the inside is very pretty and has a great vibe. This place is a real find. I will definitely be back.
