This place is fantastic. I brought in a violin for a friend (without knowing anything about string instruments or the actual condition of the violin) to be repaired. I even made it apparent that I was unaware of the true condition of the violin. The team there was very helpful and did not try to take advantage of me on cost or work needed to be done. Told me straight up that the violin itself was fine and it just needed strings repaired. I then planned to pick it up after work that day, but I recalled the friend who I was fixing it for mentioned that the bow was the real problem, and as I remembered that the shop called me up to let me know the violin repair was easy, but the bow needed a real repair after they took a look at it (since the violin was the original focus we didn't catch it initially). It's like they read my mind. I believe this shows their expertise in these instruments, but also their ability to run an honest business just focused on the love of providing a service with care. Feel confident coming here for any string instrument need (even if the instrument isn't yours).
