I had an unexpected legal issue come up involving my mother and needed immediate help. Dave Smith came highly recommended from another attorney and has exceeded my expectations. Dave focuses completely on my issue when we’re together and listens to my concerns and questions. He found time after hours to visit with me and was completely prepared for an emergency hearing with only 2 day notice. When he’s in court, his knowledgeable and dedicated staff is there to help me. Dave has been helping families for many years and his experience and respect from other attorneys shines in the court room. I’m very happy and fortunate to have Dave Smith as my attorney.

If I could put zero stars I would. This guy is a shyster in every sense of the word. Takes advantage of people who are disabled and not knowledgeable with the law. In my opinion, should be dis-barred. Tried to make a deal behind my back with opposing counsel which had nothing to do with case. A real lowlife!
