Has now removed six teeth for our daughter. Going back for two more. Good bedside manner, no issues. Yes, an occasional wait, but that's fairly universal for dentists/doctors, no?

I have been coming here for about 5 years now and I have never had a problem. The wait to get an appointment can be a bit long. And they always send me a reminder via postcard that my 6 month teeth cleaning is coming up. Great service and dental hygienists. I highly recommend them.

as i walked into the facility the 3 women behind the desk avoided eye contact with me. after some time i was given a form 2 fill out, i waited and was eventually taken to the back. everything was fine untill the procedure began. after the first round of shots dr kessler began using instruments in my mouth that caused a large amount of pain. im embarrassed to say i started shaking and screaming. it was at that that point he told me that i was being "ridiculous". from that point the very few words he spoke to me were out of frustration. when i asked for another shot 2 numb the pain he used the needle very rough then right after he continued doing the same thing that caused the pain. im no doctor but i would assume that if your client is in pain one would at least wait for the shot that will subdue the pain to kick in. he didnt tho, he poked the needle in my mouth recklessly then continued operating on me in a fashion that caused more pain than i came to his clinic with and possibly the most i ever felt in my 25 years. at one point i grabbed his arm and screamed stop several times, he ignored me. after he put 2 stitchs in my mouth and the procedure was over they they raised my chair to sitting position and the first thing i said to doctor kessler was "im sorry" he ignored me and told me to go sit in the front(i still dont know why i apologized). in the front a woman came to me and told me what im supposed to do for after care which would of been cool but she sped through it like she was late for something. long story short "IF YOUR AFRICAN AMERICAN STAY AWAY FROM DR. KESSLER'S OFFICE"

I was referred to David Kessler's office from a co-worker that had 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I needed the same procedure to be done. I met with Dr. Kessler for him to assess my situation and had an appointment 2 weeks later.
Due to a major snow storm due to hit the city, their office called me the day before to cancel and reschedule. The pain was becoming too much and I asked to be rescheduled for the same day, which they were able to make happen.
I showed up to the office and though there was a long wait, which was expected due to the number of rescheduled appointments, Dr. Kessler saw me that day and before i knew it, my wisdom were extracted!
The pain was minimal after the procedure and still have most of the painkillers provided. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Kessler for dental needs. He is very professional and very good at what he does.

Most unprofessional secretary I have ever encountered. Do not give them your business.
I called weeks before to schedule an appointment to extract my wisdom teeth removed using nitrous oxide. Multiple times, the secretaries told me that I could not eat six hours before the appointment.
I called an hour before the scheduled appointment and the secretary told me that the instructions were to not eat or drink. She said that since I had one glass of water, that I needed to reschedule for the next week.
I responded by saying that I was one-hundred percent positive that both women I spoke to from their offices only said that I could not eat six hours prior to surgery. The secretary was incredibly rude, and only apologized that "I did not hear correctly".
I asked her if she could move appointments around because my schedule was tight, but she could not. She denied any possibility that another secretary mis-told me the directions. I know that they did, and then were very unprofessional afterwards.
I strongly suggest looking otherwise if you need a wisdom teeth extraction. I'm actually glad I did not give them my business, although my next week work schedule is now currently a mess.
