The worst experience ever. I came here March 6 which was yesterday to celebrate my daughters birthday. Is the second time I go the first time wasn't bad at all. So yesterday we get there they tell us the wait is about 30 minutes then they changed the wait time to 45 no problem I told them thank you and was a walking away , now a waiter stopped us and told us if is not a problem we can sit where the pool tables were. We sat there my husband rented the pool table for 1 hour and I went and played with the kids. While my husband waits for the waiter to take our orders. About 45 to 50 minutes our food arrived. We sit down our food was cold no drink and no utensils!!! Like for real the waiter never asked for our drinks. The manager came after I told another person we have no utensils. She said she will handle it.. left and never came back. So I got up and left didn't watch the food.. sorry but not sorry worst service ever!!! Very unprofessional! !!

I'm here right now at this place and is the worst of them all 1 hour and still haven't gotten my meals for 8 people and above all the waiter leaned on our table "THIS IS THE WORST D&B ever" I'm here for my daughter's"
Never come to this place horrible service and the manager is worst.

What a total DISASTER!! Took the family for what would be decent food and some fun. No it was a disaster.. Food was horrible and salty. Our order was wrong, by time I got my corrected food everyone was done eating. My wife's food came late and we had to ask "what happened?" I never really ATE anything because nothing was good. I was over charged for something I never asked for. The warning flags should have went off when I asked for an "unsweeted ice tea" which I thought was common in most places but the waiter said "It was nasty and it takes a long time to make and they are considering taking it off the menu.".. What!!!! I would recommend my enemy to come here.. #DaveandBusted

This is just another D&B with a very very slow and bad customer service in general. The staff at the restaurant are extremely slow and don't care about you waiting for long periods of time just to get you a drink or even ask you what you need, but they are pretty fast and good chatting to each other (coworkers). Sometimes I had to get up and go to the bar to ask for utensils, drinks and even food from the menu. Some of the food they serve taste straight up from a frozen bag or just blank or sloppy. The staff itself look unhappy and don't even smile to you or take care of you properly. The only nice girl is at the front desk and she always smiles and greet you, her name is Shamika or something like that.
The bar is even worse! And the bartenders are slow as hell. Mostly all the times I been here the bar is full of empty cups and plates and looks very dirty and not appealing to even seat there to watch the 8 flat screens they have on one side of the bar. The bartenders are not friendly and the drinks are either weak or disgusting! Seating at that bar just messed up my visits so many times that I just go to play and see what they have new at the establishment. I don't know how they hired all these dumb bartenders or this blonde girl that doesn't even understand English well or she's just dumb! A guy that bar tends is very nice, and a skinny girl with long dark hair that looks puertorican, then the rest came from turtlestupidland! Be ready to wait and wait for so long that you just gonna want to leave to another place if you are there to drink!
The manager named Luis or whatever his name is, is very rude and likes to cut you off when you talking to him. He has this heavy and bad energy and is kind of prepotent and rude at the same time when he's talking to you. I don't even know how he's a manager here!
I liked this location because is close to my house instead of driving to downtown Manhattan, but at the end it's not worth it since some thing always come out and ruin my visit, either the staff, the slow stupid service, the frozen taste food they serve of just the drinks! If you request a drink that is not in the menu be ready to receive something similar or just a "we don't have that" like a fat bartender that works there always replies to me since she doesn't know how to make EVERYTHING and offers me different options from their MENU! X_x

I took my daughter and her friend for a day of fun. The service is super slow and the food tasted like it came straight out the microwave. The games were fun and the atmosphere is friendly.
