They charged $175 for the keyboard replacement which was a dream come true in comparison to Serviette's quote of $450. These guys are fast, efficient, and get the job done.I really can't say enough good things. DataRetrieval Data Recovery Service Newark rocks! Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Data recovery is an expensive process so I do not really know if the cost can be improved upon. My backup hard drive crashed. Before, during and after I sent the drive, DataRetrieval was efficient and polite. Very responsive by email and phone. They were able to assess the damage quickly and get my files on the way to me pretty fast. DataRetrieval was great to work with. I have no legitimate complaints.

Hands down to DataRetrieval team. Had a server disk fail and of course the backup was not operating correctly 3 days before my holiday. Shipped to Data Retrieval in Newark and my data was returned to me and redeployed in time for me to enjoy my holiday! The cost was very reasonable too.

My computer hard drive crashed and my back up drive was not working either. It was the worst day in my life. But thank God I found DataRetrieval and can not say enough good things. They are very professional, reliable and helpful. Their services are very reasonably priced, especially where it would be easy to take advantage in a jam trying to recover my files. I would highly recommend using DataRetrieval for any of your needs.
