This is one of the car companies I call a lot. And always had a good experience. But yesturday leaving my baby shower we left a bag in the trunk of the car. When calling back to ask if the driver can return it, we were told we would be charged full trip charge to return when we had called back not even 10 minutes after being dropped off

With the app they have they improving better services

I call DAT when all other car services are occupied or have no cabs at the moment. Every single time, no cab comes. And what's worse is their dispatch station is literally two blocks away from me. Don't waste your time/money.
