Good service dept. I ride all over the place & stopped in with a left crank arm issue. The mechanic gave me the option of giving me a quick fix to get home, but what I appreciated was his honesty in telling me I'd have problems later on. I decided to let them keep my bike for a couple of days until they got the replacement bolt in stock. I even got an email when my bike was ready for pickup. I also liked how the sales guys knew I'm a serious cyclist, but they push me too hard as I browser around the shop. It's not my main shop, but its nice to know I have an option when I'm riding in the area

I was a very regular customer at this store and bought one of my first road bikes here. Overall I was fairly satisfied with their service and the staff were generally very nice and helpful. However, the last time I brought one of my bikes in for a major service, I was replacing some parts such as the seat-post and the saddle. When I picked up the bike, the "take-offs" were missing (hundreds of dollars worth of softly used parts). The staff assured me they'd be located and returned to me. Needless to say, this never happened. Given that I had been a very loyal and frequent customer over the previous 4 years, I found this pretty terrible and very disappointing. So, I have given up on them and advise you to avoid this shop. There are much better options in lower Westchester.

good service for quick fixes. this is second time i'm getting a service for my 30 years old rayleigh in this bike shop. david is very helpful and they don't send me home with a quick fix but take all the time needed for fine tuning.

They supposedly have a three year warranty. This proved to be totally untrue!
I bought a bike there two years ago a Giant (total invoice of over two thousand dollars for the prior years model). I had a problem right away when the pedal release wasn't adjusted correctly and I fell . This required a repair and they did not warranty it even though it was clearly their fault. last summer I had a front wheel spoke snap in two and had it repaired on the road. This year after the winter a second spoke snapped. I keep the bike in my home as opposed to three others that are kept in my garage. I was told by two Qualified repair people that the spokes were not the best grade.
Adrian the store manger assured me that all of the spokes would be changed under warranty or he would call me. When I arrived at the store I was surprised to see they and used a different color spoke and would not change all of the spokes. The excuse was I live too close to the water so it is excluded. This was common knowledge when I bought the bike and the store is located on the sound in New Rochelle. I am taking legal action...
