Had derailer issue, the chain popped off it. Should be a simple repair, take the chain apart and rethread it. I went to Metro over a bike shop I was near by simply because they had more positive reviews, though I dont see why. I was out of the store for FIVE MINUTES when I had the exact same derailer problem. I had to go to another bike shop a mile down the road to fix the problem for good. I only went to Metro in the first place because I needed that repair right then and there. Had I known they would do such a bad repair job, I would have went right on pass them
