I am expected to pay Daniel Group every month, for the privilege of living in a 2008 building in Bushwick. Unfortunately, they've abdicated their responsibility for maintaining the building to 365 Mega Management. Neither Daniel Group nor 365 are interested in maintaining the building, so many of our problems go unfixed and ignored. Not event 311 is enough to motivate either company.
