I worked with Daniel on a Lawline presentation titled "Building a Law Practice Brick by Brick." Daniel is a great public speaker and a wealth of information for the legal community (oh, and one funny guy!) I have no doubt that he does great work for his clients in both the real estate and bankruptcy arenas.

From the moment I walked into the office I was made comfortable and at ease. I felt I could share everything and that I was listened to and that it was going to be handled professionally and efficiently.

From the moment I walked into Mr. Gershburg's office, I felt at ease. He and his associates took their time to address all of my questions comprehensively, and I was never left in the dark as to what was going on in my case. Mr. Gershburg and his associates go out of their way assure that the difficult emotional process of having to declare bankruptcy, is as seamless as possible. The follow through is outstanding, and you are not just a forgotten client, once your case is closed. They were very professional in answering other questions that I had, once my case was completed. Highly recommended and worth every penny! Would use again, but hopefully will never get to that point again :)
