I am the owner and operator of a multi-national consulting firm. I have been relying on Dan to provide legal advice to our company since 2008. I hired Daniel Singer to handle a building Code issue, with the City of New York. During the course of my time with Mr. Singer, I paid him north of 7500. He was not able to handle this issue for me. He never had a strong grasp of the issue involved. He at times, made a statement, then would follow a complete different action, or simple issue another statement. In my opinion, I felt that he was lying to me. He continued to request payments, while not engaging in my view, with the city attorney, in a productive light. Mr. Singer handled this case for 1 year, without results.

I was forced to go to another attorney. This attorney resolved my case in 2 months. I would stay away from Mr. Singer, in my personal view and opinion he is more after his fees than helping his clients , resolve their cases.

I hired Mr. Singer to review and negotiate a contract for me. I found him to be extremely, thoughtful, experienced, effective, diligent and tenacious. Due to the time of the deadline and adhering to what was involved, Mr. Singer worked very well within the timeframe to get the job done effectively. I was very pleased and satisfied with his work and would recommend Mr. Singer highly to others.
