Awful service, overpriced, they always charge more than the menu prices, they add gratuity even for just 2 people because they know they'll never get tips. Hookah is pretty crap as well. If you want authentic, head to Egyptian coffee shop.

Very very bad service. Waited for 20 minutes and a waitress kept ignoring us. It was my 2nd time there. 1st they served me with house liquor when I asked for a top and they charged me for the most expensive one...never again.

Really slow service, and they were out of all the Middle Eastern food on the menu, leaving only a weak selection of Greek and Italian

I have been in this place several times and the atmosphere is amazing and the people are very nice. The waitresses will be a bitch only if you are a bitch :)
If not, they are extremely nice... Very helpful and friendly.
The "jumping jack" DJ is fantastic... The place is definitely a "unique" place and it is a "one of a kind" place in the whole NY area...
And, NO i don't work here and NO i don't own the place but I definitely LOVE the place and the people here.
