Grreaaat!! Food was delish service was much quicker than other locations. Great time!

This place is just horrible. The waitress I had did not want to serve my table. She took 30mins avoiding us and it wasn't even packed. I went on a Weds. My friends and I end up seeing a roach crawling on the sofa chair we were seated at and we asked to be seated elsewhere. We went into the "white room" the waitress was nice there! When we ordered our drinks she asked for our IDs which we all had. Everyone's ID was a NYS one and mine is from Delaware. I'm not from NYC born and raised in Delaware for 19 years. I've been living in NYC for 3 years now because I go to college here. They made a big deal about my ID and all the managers were watching me as if I was a criminal! Even the waitress told us that they were watching the table! As if they've never seen people visit NYC before from other states or countries. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life. We were there for 2 hrs and got served an hour in a half later. Just for wings n fries ! Once we got out food the waitress tells us we have 30mins . Like really ???? I ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO GO HERE AT ALL UNLESS YOU LIKE HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I've been here loads of times for birthdays and holidays or whatever and I always order the same thing : A Bacon Cheese Crispy ONION Burger, a side of fries and a texas size drink. I dont know if its the chef's fault or something because the last time I went there I was missing my damn onions. Da f am i going to do with a Bacon Cheese Crispy Onion Burger witH no crsipy onion?!?!!!!?!!?! I was pissed because theyve gotten it right before so why were they messing up now?

After reading some of the negative reviews here (like climbing many stairs to the bathroom, i felt that i must write mine!
The place is not perfect, but definitely not a 1 star place. They are not amazing, and not one of the fanciest places of NYC. But definitely decent food and decent people. Mine is 4 reviews, which for my opinion is perfect for the place, since it is great, but not perfect.

Our waiters name is Dave. Very rude. Did not seem he wanted to be at work. We came from PA to visit and this guy had no manners. Our meal came out to $75 which included the tip of $9. I gave the waiter the money in cash he took and and left without a Thank you see you soon courtesy speach. I was SOO upset that I complained to the so called Mgr. And explain how it was not professional of his actions. He apologized but I did not feel it was true. I then went upstairs to the bathroom to find the waiter on the side on his phone with a big smile on his face. Deep in his phone except to his JOB!!! I only been here twice and it's my last visit. I would give zero stars.
