Horrible!!!! Watch out for bait and switch routine. They lure you in with there of knowledge of coop. Each time I spoke to them I was told a different price. Rip off is all I have say.

This is a mom and pop type place. They know the window sizes and have done many installations for Co op City residents. My mom wanted ivory blinds and they showed us a set in stock that had a greenish tint. This was not the right color but they SWORE we were seeing things and was no green tint. I really hate it when a salesman tries to pull a "Jedi mind trick" to convince me that I don't see something that I CLEARLY see. My mom says they did a good job with her bedroom blinds, but they are overpriced and you are paying for the convenience of their knowledge and proximity. If you can go elsewhere, do so but if you can't then they will do the job properly. Just don't let them push something off on you that you don't like. The attitude was annoying.
