I had a very negative experience with this firm. Less than 12 hours after I submitted a deposit for nanny referral services, I withdrew my application, as I realized I needed a full-service firm that also handled payroll, as opposed to just referrals. I withdrew my application via email and phone the same day, and the president of the company confirmed in writing that I would receive a refund for my $200 deposit, as no goods or services were received. That said, I have still not received a refund after numerous requests via phone and email. I am very disappointed.
