I bought a beats hearbuds. They were working fine for a couple of days. Then one speaker failed. I requested a warranty in apple but they wanted the invoice. After several mails with DailySteals I received an email that they will refund the money.
It was October 2015, It has been 4 months and nothing. Bad customer service.

Customer service sucks. Returned an item and still waiting after 2 months for a refund. Their products are cheap and crappy. Buyer beware something to good to be true is definitely not.

Have better luck with Amazon or Ebay.
Placed an order with DailySteals for an Iphone, realized it was outdated, so I cancelled the order the day after I made the purchase....Contacted customer service and day later they told me that my refund would be processed within 3-5 business days. 15 days later, still no refund. Had to contact PayPal for a charge dispute. Got my refund back, but the fact that the customer service number does not work and the fact that I had to email them 5 times makes it terrible service. Especially because I never got a reply to any of the emails.
Only buy the products from them, if you really are going to use them. Otherwise, returns will be difficult and have you want to pull your hair out.

What a difference a few years make! Completely stunned and surprised at the phenomenal customer service this company has now. Placed an order for an Apple charging cable, received it about 4 days later and it didn't work. I emailed customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement and gave me a coupon code for my next purchase! Just wow! I remember when they wouldn't even email me back when I had an issue.

Placed order Dec. 30, 2012 for 2 blankets. Received 1 blanket and am still waiting for the other. Have contacted them twice, today being the second. The first time, Jan. 30, 2013, they assured me by email the blanket would be sent. Still haven't received it. And I totally agree that their phone number is a sham, a joke...it just tells you to contact them by email. Well, so far that has not produced any results!
