location is the best feature.otherwise the room was marginal there , was no wi fi and the tv was only partially functional.some of the front desk staff very unfriendly and aloof.bedding seemed unclean and outdated.the best thing was price and location but set expectations very low

Small hotel with many in-room amenities, a bit noisy due to low insulation, but still very clean and was able to get good night sleep

Rip off Rip off Rip off - do not ever cancel your reservation here…. they will take your money. I will NEVER book with this hotel again. There are many hotels in NYC - don't get stuck with this one.

The staff is very friendly but the hotel itself is dirty and they have some poor business practices. In order to pay for incidentals they take a photocopy of your credit card, which is not secure. My first room was the one nearest to the reception desk on the first floor--it was not clean. There was a piece of bread under the bed and the pillows did not seem very new. Immediately upon arriving in the room's bathroom I found a cockroach. I asked to be moved to another room and they moved me to the room at the end of the hall and were quite nice about it. I had a difficult time sleeping worrying if there would be another cockroach.

Meh, it was clean and safe and the staff was friendly. However you'd think that a business of hospitality would have comfort as a priority, alas it was not.
The bed was so soft that our bottoms sunk in while our legs and arms were lofted above us. The chair provided was laminated and uncomfortable to sit on. We won't be back.
