East Buffet- Main St. Flushing
I have been trying to avoid this place because of the crowds and the Flushing traffic but alas I gave in to pressure of the "All you can eat mentality", especially when it is 50% off on the weekday dinner price. I said OK, so if does not turn out well, spending $14 is better than $28.
So I tried it with the family; I was not disappoint but not impressed; mostly because of little things.
The sushi was limited, the dessert was limited, many of the selections was limited and the waiters were not too responsive. The lobster was cooked with no taste to it but the crowd still goes crazy.
Add to the dining experience was loud construction noise from the floor above the dining room.
The cleaning crew needs to do a better job because it just felt grimy allover.
They also charge an additional service charge on top of the mandatory 15% and $2 to parking the car.
Tip: There was no end date to the dinner discount so go and check it out if you never been here. The crowd started to come in at 7PM.
