D Lucas Realty

I went into contract with David Lucas Realty in Laurelton, Queens on 9/16/2013.This was was the most horrible disturbing unprofessional realtor I have ever dealt with.I dealt personally with David Lucas and Natasha Green of David Lucas Realty. David Lucas Realty always wants you to lower the price on your property and he does not contact you for weeks to advise you of any progress. Finally, his associate Natasha Green called me with an an offer on 5/10/2014 and I accepted the offer on 5/12/2014. The potential buyer and myself signed the contract on 5/ f2/2014 for purchase of the coop. The bank apppraiser came out on 6/14/14. The buyer missed 1st coop board screening on 7/16/14 and it was reschedule for 7/24/14. On 8/13/2014 I received a call from realtor that closing was held up by bank due to bank never receiving financial documents for coop asset figures. After that was taken care of by me calling my lawyer and advising him of the problem he called the sellers lawyer which was suppose to take care of this problem. On 9/4/2014 I received a call from Natasha Green realtor that the bank denied buyers loan, so buyer was going to pay cash and closing should be in about 2 weeks. On 9/11/2014 I received an email from my lawyer from sellers lawyer changing buyers bank financing to a cash deal. On 10/3/2014 I received a call from my lawyer asking if I heard from my realtor and he informed me D Lucas Realty had contacted him instead of me advising him that buyer had dropped out of contract because she had to get money from her IRA and did not want to pay penalties. My lawyer advised me that realtor claimed to have another offer at a reduced price. I advised my lawyer that realtor never called me to advise of this and my contract was officially up with him as of 9/16 /2014 and I will not deal with this realtor under any circumstances and will retain a new realtor. It is now three weeks later 10/22/14 and D Lucas Realty has yet to make a courtesy call to advise me that the buyer cancelled purchase and if my lawyer did not notify me I would still be in the dark waiting on a closing date. I live out of state so I feel if I could just drop in and stay on them they would have been more interested in dealing with selling my property. Over a year later no positive only negative results. Recommend- never , Experience -.Horrible-, No reference or referral from me. 10 thumbs down.
