Horrible service, I wouldn't recommend it at all! I have called to schedule a service and I waited for hours and never showed up! I called and all they kept saying is to book it for another day!!!

As Realtors, we have recommended D&S Abatement Inc. many, many times. Most of our clients have been satisfied. They absolutely know their business. On the job site D&S Abatement is efficient, detailed and environmentally safe. Unfortunately, their back office team can be a bit "sharp" at times. A lesson in Customer Service and Customer Courtesy might be helpful.
Having that said, we will without doubt ..... continue to recommend their services.

Wow....what a bad experience. I scheduled the work and then they came a few days earlier when I was not home. They would not admit that they made a mistake and would not refund the permit fee. They told me I would need to pay another $200 to reschedule. Overall, they were very difficult to deal with.
