If I could give a ZERO rating I would!!! My husband dropped off two of our laptops two week ago for "diagnosis only" to a man named "ROB", my I guess is this is short for robbery!!!
The first laptop came back as not workable and we received a call from "Rob" saying that to extract info would be over $100! At which point we declined. The second laptop needed a password to be accessed which we didn't know , we provided a list of possible password and we were told by "Rob" that he'd call us back . Fast forward a week later and we receive a call saying we have a balance of $180 for work which we did not approve of!! What kind of scam is this. He specifically told my husband he'd never do work without giving you a quote first!!!! Now we have a bill for a laptop that is not worth the work????
