They should call the store D&D Qualitybuster furniture.

Overpromised, underdeliverd. We ordered an Acme bedroom set from D&D, and were told it's a "platform bed", meaning it does not need a box spring as we needed a bed low to the ground. The headboard ended up being a hollow POS, meaning it was not one solid piece, and there is a huge gap between the top of the mattress and the bottom of the headboard.

Where do I begin on the quality? It's so poorly put together that I feel like they sent me an outright knockoff. I open the top drawer and see a metal Acme logo plate on the left side. I touched it and fell off! The footboard came defective (chipped on one side), and there's a scratch on the dresser. When I lightly brushed my coat against the headboard, it scratch instantly, and it's visible a mile away (paint finish just totally stripped off). They told me that I had to return the footboard in order to get a new piece, which would mean I have to move my old bed back in and wait another few weeks.

The delivery was not a good experience. While the delivery man himself was professional and courteous and tried to accommodate us, he's not in any way affiliated with D&D and could do nothing about the defective crap we got. So once you pay for the pieces, your more or less on your own.

The salesman (Alan) was polite through the experience, even when I started getting irate over the phone during the crappy delivery experience... but he was not very accommodating, nor was the store manager. We ordered something mid-range in terms of price in their catalog. I wasn't expecting something out of this world, but what we got was bottom of the barrel. If I were a betting man, I'd wager heavily that I got a complete fake.

If you go there to buy furniture from them, it would behoove you to bring a lawyer to review the order details, the authenticity of what you're ordering, and delivery arrangements... that or just spend the extra money and go somewhere where they won't totally hose you over. Don't buy into their nonsense claims that "we give you brand name furniture at lower prices than anywhere else".

Staff was friendly and efficient. They worked with me for a great price for a good quality product. I would recommend highly. 

Was looking for new furniture for my first apartment. Friend of mine recommended I go here. Customer service was great, they helped me find what I needed and what would fit. Got 2 Ashley couches cheaper than anywhere else on route 46. Solid service, solid furniture. Great store.

I bought with confidence, the goods were delivered exactly to meet my needs and I'm now sat comfortable. An all round impressive service and I have really changed my opinion of D&D Pricebuster Furniture. Customer service was great as well as quality furniture.

I loved the bed I got. Although delivery date kept changing I finally got my wonderful bed, I appreciate Allan's help he was very cooperative and patient. It's a good place to shop just make sure you get the delivery date marked down.
