They set me to get phone call alerts for when I might be needing a refill on allergy medication. You'd think if I needed a refill and it was important enough that I would be calling them, no? But that's fine, I appreciate the business tactic. Yet when I've asked 4+ times in person and over the phone to take me off those alerts and/or to remove my # from their system and then I still keep getting these calls... Are you kidding me? Next time I need a refill, I would get my allergy medicine from a 3rd world country before cvs. Can't wait for the next harassing phone call.
