Typical pharmacy. Staff was neither rude or overly excited. It's really quick and convenient and I've never had a bad experience

This review only applies to my shopping experience between 11pm and 7am(it's open 24/7)- night time crew here is absolutely the best! Outstanding customer service- all the guys are pleasant to communicate with and very helpful. They go out of their way to find you an item you looking for or right size/color etc . Check out process is quick and if you have any coupons these guys patiently, without any attitude will help you to scan all of it!

I am a blind guide dog user and in spite of the fact that I spend many hundreds of dollars per month on prescriptions in this store, I have been harassed by its staff on several occasions. Today, the manager demanded that I produce a "tag" showing that my dog was a service dog. There is no such thing and this is illegal according to the Americans with Disabilities Act and state human rights law. He first asked if she was a service dog and I said yes. That is the part he can legally ask. The law doesn't allow him to demand proof but he continued to harass me about the "tag" after I explained this. He started to tell me that he "had to consider his other customers" as though he could throw me out if someone else didn't like dogs. It was insulting and showed his basic ignorance of the laws under which his business operates, not to mention customer service.
I will not be returning to this store. I am used to the bad and surly service, but I am not interested in doing business with people who don't recognize the civil rights of their customers.

highly incompetent. (nice and polite at first) Not a good place if you are an international. Unethical. Unlawful.
Yes, of course, sudafed (Pseudoephedrine) is a controlled substance, and one needs to show a valid ID. A valid passport qualifies as a valid ID, as could be extrapolated by the law that states:
"The prospective purchaser— (aa) presents an identification card that provides a photograph and is issued by a State or the Federal Government, or a document that, with respect to identification, is considered acceptable..."
Despite this, they couldn't figure out a way to enter the data manually into the system.
I find their practices unethical, in that that they caused patient suffering.
Also, unlawful, since the law that I cited above, also requires that the staff be properly trained ("(B) Additional provisions regarding certifications and training... "
They have to train their staff to manually enter data from alternative IDs (such as passports). Luckily I was able to buy the sudafed at a competing pharmacy close by (by displaying a passport as a form of ID. they added the data manually).
I am never going to this store again. And I am probably suing them for causing harm and distress.

- Average #48585
The store is air-conditioned, but the products are over-priced and the staff in the photo-center was inattentive. There's nothing above average about this pharmacy.
