Pharmacy is great because near by my house, open 24/7 and is good on emergencies. But staff is very rude. Recently was making purchase i had a coupon on my card and cashier girl told it did not go through i asked about one item to show me on receipt she said look it yourself that she has long line. But i came late night pharmacy was empty and only one woman was behind me. Today i went this pharmacy again asked the same question to use my 20 % coupon guy cashier said i do not have anything on my card i told him i sent it to my card but he keep watching his phone did not want even listen finally started check slowly i could see it was happening the same story like last time after asked him to check only some items he said am I putting the rest of items back on the shelf? I got frustrated then i took the items which i want and did self check in. Another employee came wanted help me to put my 20 % coupon the cashier was laughing said that my card is not working and i am making big deal of it. When I used my card 20 % was there. The same thing i heard last time from cashier what i will get from 20 % do i know that. It is not about coupon it is about customer service. I come to this pharmacy long time and i will continue coming because is near by but customer service is terrible.

Dear CVS Corporate Office & Consumers,

This morning I was reminded while waiting to pick up a prescription how above and beyond your #1 Pharmacist is to not only customers but a positive influence with CVS associate's. Doctor/Mr. Fady L.G., RPH located at Store # 2141 2925 Kings Hwy. and Norstrand Avenue.

This women had lost her old health plan which had covered $2,700 medicine spouse needed asap. Becoming unemployed the new medicaid coverage through Obama Care can however needed to be revised with a different type of safe combination prescribed medication that will serve the purpose. He explained how to follow up the Hospital and even called her doctor as she was unable to speak. Became very upset, started crying and felt with her accent from Haiti the doctor's assistant would
not comprehend.
I lost my job on April 15, 2009 unable to still find work to date out of NYC. We feel so lucky to have this finest, honest and humble medical CVS representative in our Midwood Community. Having our only child almost not make it at age 4 from cancer at NYU Hospital and being misdiagnosed for 3 months before learning he had "ALL" in 2001. I have never met anyone in the medical field since early 80's when my mother became ill with non-hotchins lymphoma.

God Bless You & Yours For Act's Of Kindness, Mrs. April Estrada De Lopez NYORICAN ^_^

Crap service. The pharmacist "Fady" that manned the position on 5/21/2015 @ 12:20am was so rude and disrespectful. All I needed to know was if they had the pills necessary to fill my Godson's prescription. He didn't listen. All he kept saying was "how much?!" And yelled it while I was trying to tell him that I just needed to know if they had the pills in stock. This kid just had surgery and is in extreme pain and this disrespectful mistake his parents made wants to have an attitude with me.

Cool. Hope he updated his resume.

Most reliable CVS or pharmacy I've been to. They're open 24/7 which makes them perfect for emergencies. There are certain times at night when its super busy and you'll stand in line for a little longer than you anticipated. The shelves aren't always full but the employees are helpful and can inform you when they will get shipments to restock. For this neighborhood they're great since they recently incorporated a Kosher section. The pharmacists are helpful to all their customers will call the Dr's multiple times to get things right.
