I use the pharmacy frequently and always find the people behind the counter to be very friendly and helpful. As far as shopping for other items there I'm not a big fan of the self service check out system . Rarely do I find someone behind the registers therefore my 3 star rating .

This CVS seems to always be a bit disorganized or the lines are so very long. The quick grocery section is smaller than other large stores but thankfully there are tons of delis nearby to pick up the slack.

It's what you would expect from a chain store with pharmacy. Staff is friendly and fairly knowledgeable, store layout just like all the others. I rated "appeal" a little lower because occasionally this store is a bit disheveled. For prescriptions, I would recommend a real pharmacy for the personal attention a Cvs cannot provide.

Worst Manager. Can't believe he wanted to charge me almost $10 extra when returning items, and he didn't want to even listen. What a crook!. But I must admit, I had the best cashier dealing with me. She was much more clever than her manager. She saw automatically that it didn't make sense and the register was causing me to lose my money. She helped me even though when she called the manager for help he said that was correct and left her hanging. Cashier # 0812273, I want to acknowledge you for your great customer service. I hope you become manager soon, you would do a better job.
