The only positive is that the store is open 24 hours. Finding someone to help can be difficult when you do venture in after 10pm. The store is small compare to other CVS stores.

We tried to get a couple of flu shots. First we waited on one line for 5 minutes. When we reached the counter, we were told to go stand on the prescription drop off line. There was one employee working that line. She could not get authorization for some guys prescriptions. After a 10 minute wait, the line was now 7 customers deep. Finally another employee came over. She said, "What did you need"? Not sorry for the wait, no smile, not Hi, how can I help you?
We told her we wanted to get flu shots. She asked for insurance cards. We have BlueCross/BlueShield. We are both NYC employees. She could not figure out how to enter the information in. After 10 minutes of her entering who knows what, she threw the cards on the counter, and said, "It's not taking them" No, I'm sorry, no I'll get the manager, nothing.
We left and went to a competitor. The person behind the counter there smiled and said, "Good morning. How can I help you" She politely asked for our insurance cards, typed in about 30 characters, and we had our flu shots in about 3 minutes. We then proceeded to shop and spent about $82 . This will be out new pharmacy.

Eh, It seems like CVS now only depends on self checkout. Very lazy way of doing it. May be more money coming in but when something goes wrong with the computer its a whole process to get it to check you out.
