Terrible management!
I work near that pharmacy and often visit it to buy food and often find things I need.
Today I walked in around 8:40pm, workers were nice and helped me to select a gift card for my friend. From my previous experience I know that I cant use self-service registers to purchase gift cards, knowing that I proceeded to ask manager to use register to assist me. She did not notice me at first (or ignored me), after which I asked her to help me. A moment after I received the most terrifying, hatred filled look I've even seen. I felt like she would rather kill me than spend a second of her precious time on any that pitiful business of mine. She asked how much I would like to put on a card. "I would like to purchase a card for (x) amount" I said with my tired voice, weakened after a long day of work. She did not understand me and for the next three minutes she YELLED at me, trying to understand why I would purchase a gift card for that much. I felt like an insect, she asked me for my ID, with hatred in her voice she threw it on the counter. That was the worst service I've ever seen. I understand that she was tired, but as a manager she shouldn't relief her anger on innocent customers.
