CVS Pharmacy - Photo

Almost every time I come to this CVS I have problems. The pharmacy staff are largely incompetent, rude, and confrontational. They also can't seem to grasp the importance of patient medications themselves as well as timely filling of medications. Finally, they can't seem to understand medical insurance or even how to use their automated phone. I moved here in September, and honestly I'm so disgusted by the behavior of the pharmacy staff that I'm considering switching to Walgreen's. Since I've been a loyal CVS customer since birth, this is a sad, but at this point, unavoidable consequence.

Improved somewhat in the past year.

While I have never been overly impressed with the CVS pharmacy staff, this past year has shown a huge decline in their customer service. My last two experiences with the staff showed me how rude, inefficient and outright confrontational they could be. I felt like I was actually imposing on them by asking for my prescription to be filled properly. I am switching pharmacies today!
