CVS Pharmacy

Easily one of themes overworked staffs that try to do their best but are running a uphill battle against poor management.. CVS is not doing themselves a favor by leaving it being run in such an atrocious manner. There are five other pharmacies within a few blocks, save yourselves the time and agony and go to any other business.

The pharmacy customer service is pretty piss poor…They never have your prescriptions ready even after getting a phone call that it is ready. Also, they always only have one person handling customers when I easily see six or seven people running around back there. Sidenote, the CVS itself is open 24 hours, but the pharmacy is only open from 8-9 PM on weekdays and 9-6pm on weekends.

This pharmacy is different from most big pharmacies. The pharmacist was very helpful. He answered all my medication .
They deliver which is rare in this neighborhood!

Your pharmacy on 96st Amsterdam Ave NYC NY 10025 is the worst. Besides the pharmacist being rude to the staff they were rude to the customers. Closing the pharmacy three hours prior to closing, Turing the customers away with an indifference to them returning. They refuse to return to me my prescription when I stated I was being over charge for the medication and that I had previously filled said prescrition at a Walgreens for less. I was told to return another day for it. When I did return I was told that they could not find my perscription and to have Walgreens contact them for prescription. This all within the course of three days, giong back and forth with you pharmacy. I seriously think you should rethink your hiring process for your Parmacist and bring to the branch location attention the incident described above. This probably happens more often then you think. Their inderference to my primary care and lack of professionalism was the worst and I will never again return to CVS.
