Lost prescription, when they originally said they had it on file. Then gave a run around to try and delay. Absolutely no help in resolving a difficult situation.

The staff have always been friendly to me, much friendlier than any Duane Reade on the UWS. I prefer the pharmacy on 93rd and Broadway though as the staff are faster and friendlier.

If i could give this place -5 stars i would do that !
Overcharging !!!!
I was sick got up finally to get medicine for my flue barely walking and talking and they ve been such an assholes asked me for id to buy a medicine !!!
I cannot explain how bad service they have its just worse ever
