CVS Pharmacy

Awful. Tried to force me to pay for their mistake, then ripped me off on the correct medication.

Horrible customer service and generally unpleasant staff. I had two prescriptions and the pharmacist was somehow unable to comprehend preparing them both at the same time. BAD!

TERRIBLE PHARMACY. Tried to transfer my prescription here and they gave me the most difficult time. Acted like they were doing me some sort of favor. Impatient and rude on the phone, no help at all. Will never be coming back here.

Fair warning to people needing prescriptions, Pharmacist Glenna is great - smart and follows through and knows her stuff as any professional should. Her evening assistant is fairly useless, rude, inconsiderate, and lacks a great deal attention to detail. Good luck getting anything communicated to the head pharmacist with a narrow minded assistant. Ask for everything to be repeated (she will mess up your personal details) and guide her through the conversation as she does not think ahead (will not inform you when/if she is finished, just ignores and does not make eye contact). Will also yell at you the incorrect information through the wall when she has not read the prescription in her hand, I am surprised people like this have a job.

I like CVS as a pharmacy, but the people make the shop here unfortunately.
