Horrible horrible horrible. EXTREMELY poor customer service. The manager Shirley is a complete nasty woman with a disgusting personality. I don't even know why she deals with the public. I made mistake of doing business with this woman (not disappointed with the chandelier I purchased, just how everything was conducted afterwards). I purchased a chandelier and was unable to take it home same day since I was in my small car, we needed to come back with our truck, which they said no worries, they'll hold it. So a couple weeks later were on our way to pick up the chandelier, coming from an hour away, and we realize due to accidents and traffic on the way we would be cutting the closing time pretty close. So I gave her a courtesy call at 5:45pm (15 min prior to their posted closing hours) saying we're on our way we'll be there in no later than 10 min. What does this nasty excuse for woman tell me? "We're closing now, come tomorrow between the hours of 12 and 5". I explained that your website says six, we will definitely be there before six and we're coming from an hour away. It fell upon deaf rotten ears, because she stated the exact same thing once more and hung up. We still proceeded to get there within five minutes and their store was completely shut down. If a paying customer asks you to stay open to your posted hours of operation, it's common courtesy. It's shouldn't even be courtesy! They are your posted hours of operation! But then again Shirley, I'm sorry you don't have that common sympathy all of us normal people have. You should just crawl back under that dirty rock you came out from under and try and clean up your disgusting personality while your at it.

They are SHYSTERS, BEWARE !!!!!! The manager Shirley is rude and obnoxious,hold on to your wallet when you enter the store,they demand full payment before the work is done. Shoddy workmanship, over-priced, poor customer service.
