I've been familiar with Sue's work for a long time, as a friend used to send me arrangements by her. I was always impressed by her "eye" for making them look so beautiful and original, and also by the unfailing freshness of all of her flowers. Every arrangement I received (and there were a lot) was a work of art. I'd also noticed an amazing arrangement in a Hoboken building lobby once and upon inquiring, was told they were by her.

Thus, I wanted nobody but Sue to do the flowers for my wedding. She listened carefully to my ideas and gave great suggestions. Another thing that really impressed me and speaks to Sue's character and business acumen was that she took the time to speak to my mom and give advice about flowers that my mom was arranging! Sue was also very reliable as well as sweet. I absolutely loved the bouquets, wrist corsage, and boutonnieres she made for my wedding, as did all of our guests. I wholeheartedly recommend Sue’s work.

I was referred to Susan by a friend and using her for my wedding was the best choice I made. She instantly got exactly what I was looking for with only a few words of description, and made it even more beautiful than I could imagine - and all within my budget which was also important. She has amazing taste and her passion for her work is clear in all the details she attends to. I received so many compliments on my centerpieces and bouquets...and one of my good friends that was at my wedding booked Susan for hers shortly after she got engaged! I also used Susan for my sister-in-law's bridal shower and guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the arrangements were. She was generously flexible when the date for the event was changed last minute and her professionalism and kindness leave a lasting impression. I know I'll be booking Susan for many events to come and I would recommend her to any family member/friend with no reservations.

We were lucky enough to find Susan when we were searching for a wedding florist. We were so impressed with her professionalism, passion, & creativity that using Cut 1 was an easy choice for us when it came down to the details of our most special day. She offered inspired advice and listened to our ideas, only to enhance the beauty of what we wanted, while keeping our budget in mind. Our flowers were so impeccable and beautiful that when it was my maid-of-honor’s turn to get married, she used Cut 1, too!!! Since our wedding, all of the flowers that my husband sends me are from Susan (anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, etc.). Additionally, at our recent baby shower, who else but Susan was called upon for our table arrangements! Cut 1 Floral Designs will be our only choice for all of our flower needs.

My now husband and I went to meet with the young lady about the flowers and arrangements for our wedding. We did not get what we paid for or at least what we thought were paying for. The table arrangements were so small. It appeared as though she bought the fishbowl at the dollar store. My wedding bouquet was small and the roses were wilting. Needless to say we were very disappointed with her service. My advise to you is, make her do a sample and take a picture to keep. Our mistake was to listen to her talk and simulate what we wanted. The end result, not a happy bride.
